EU and Other Project Management Supports
Researchers are supported throughout the project lifetime in financial and administrative management of their projects funded by all national/international funding programmes (except TÜBİTAK). You can contact Meltem İşanlar, Mukadder Ezel Yılmaz,Elif Naz Acar Bilen, Zeynep İlkkurşun and Begüm Özcan for assistance.

Pre-grant supports:

  • Guidance on financial issues during the application
  • Preparation of budget tables during proposal application

Post-grant supports:

  • Fund transfer and expenditure tracking of the supported projects
  • Preparing the financial reports and submission to the funding organization
  • Preparing the internal reports and submission to the Coordinator in Cooperation projects.
  • Managing the pre-financing requests, Call for Funds and invoicing processes when required by the funding organization
  • Managing the Amendment processes
  • Dealing with the unforeseen problems throughout the project lifetime
  • Financial reconciliation with funding organization at the completion of the project
  • Financial reconciliation with Koç University Accounting, Tax and Legal Reporting Directorate at the completion of the project
